How do I export Business Contact Manager contacts for import into.

I do not seem to be able to export BCM contacts in a format that will allow
me to import them into Outlook - any ideas?

BCM exports files in CSV format with a Unicode encoding.

Unfortunately, Outlook CSV import cannot handle Unicode files.

You can export from BCM to CSV.
Load the CSV file into Notepad.
From Notepad, save the file with an ANSI encoding.
