How do I export & import custom setting for the Outlook Bar?

I am trying to import the settings from Outlook 98 to a
new computer using Outlook 2002. I have not figured out
how to get my custom setting from my current Outlook Bar
to work with the new Outlook 2002.

I believe that the custom settings are saved in the .FAV
file within the Outlook 98 program, but when I copy that
file to the Outlook 2002 program the custom settings do
not appear. Anyone know how to solve this problem?
