Hello,
My question is how to export the emails from a PUBLIC inbox to excel. We
have a team of 4 people and all team members use their own “outlooksâ€. We
also have a public inbox that is set up, which our “inbox screener†accesses
in the following way:
• On the “folders Listâ€
• Selects Public Folders
• All Public Folders
• Department Inbox
Our department works extensively with “metricing†how many emails/tasks we
get per day/hours received/received from which departments. Excel works very
well for pivoting this data out into weekly reports.
So I’m in the public folder viewing the emails:
• I select File
• Import & Export
• Export to a file-Next
• Export to excel-Next
Of all the folder options, I see all of MINE, but I don’t see the public
folder inbox as an option. Please advise is it possible to export this into
excel?
