How do I export to Adobe Illustrator from Visio 2003?

I saw a discussion that indicated VIsio 2002 supported AI/EPS export. Do I
need to reinstall V2002 just to transfer files to my drafting service?

adobe illustrator (the product) is just another printer as far as visio is
concerned. You select it as the print output.
