How do I extend the Y-axis title?

No matter what I try the Y-axis title on any excel 2003 chart will only
display half of the actual title I have typed in, I never had this problem
with previous editions of excel. Any solutions?

"Clare6543": I posted a similar question, but so far the suggestions won't
work to fix it. The only workaround I have for this is to go to "Alignment"
and change from a vertical to horizontal display of the y-axis. Because this
isn't pretty, I have to use another application just to make my graphs.

DO YOU KNOW WHERE WE CAN REPORT THIS AS A BUG AND GET IT FIXED (without
having to pay Microsoft Support for helping them)?
