How do I extract portions of a picture to move to avery design?

We are trying to design business cards and are having trouble with importing
only portions of a picture. When it is imported into Avert Design, the image
has a black backround we can not make to clear. Any suggestions?

Hello IDL Designer,

This newsgroup is for the software product Microsoft Project, a
