Can I set up my outlook to fax and email a flyer to multiple contacts for my
business. How Do I do This?

That would depend on your Outlook version and fax software, neither of which
you mentioned. Might also want to include in what format these flyers exist
and how you were planning to render them to fax format. Neither Outlook nor
the fax software with which it integrates has any rendering capability.
