I believe the idea is to create the first and then copy/paste accordingly.
If you don't want to do that then I've devised a method for this situation.
The steps may look lengthy but they really aren't.:
- Create your business card in the first cell of the table (a table is used
to define the structure of the business cards)
- Go to View/Toolbars and turn on the Mail Merge toolbar
- Click the first command (Main document setup) and select "Labels"
- Select your label product when prompted
- Set up your label with the graphic in the first label
- On the Mail Merge toolbar click "Propagate labels" (near the center)
- On the Mail Merge toolbar click the "Main document setup" command
and select "Normal Word document"
Now you also need to remove the <Next> field in the labels:
- Press Alt + F9 to toggle the display of field codes
- Go to Edit/Replace
- In the Find What text box type: ^d Next
- Leave the Replace With text box blank
- Click Replace All
- Press Alt + F9 to toggle off the display of field codes

assistance by email cannot be acknowledged.
