how do i filter projects to allow multiple resources in the view

i want to create a view that shows multiple resources in projects? basically
to give to a manager for what her team is working on so she can see where
things overlap on the project for her employees. How do i do this.

Birdie,
Well, several views show multiple resources. The Gantt Chart, the
Resource Usage, etc. How are the employees of that manager identified?
For example, do you use the Group field on the Resource Sheet?

You also mention "projects". Does that mean you have a master file with
multiple projects or perhaps a resource pool?

A little more information would help us help you.

I am new to project so i apologize for not giving a lot of information.

I have one project, it has multiple resources. the employees names are in
the resource area, but not identified or attached to a manager. I will see
what i can figure out using the group field.

one last question.. Is there a way to color code the gantt bars to specific
colors for resources?
