How do I find a deleted file Product=Word 97 Standalone SR-1

I get message: Wordspec.ini

[SMS Inventory Identification - USER NOTE - NEVER DELETE OR CHANGE
THIS
FILE IN ANY WAY]
[Product=Word 97 Standalone SR-1]
Version=8.0
Platform=x86

It must be in four or five files because i get the same message in word pad
every time I turn on the computer.
