how do I find and change path for storing speech to text dictiona.

After adding many new words to the speech recognition dictionary for the
speech to text dictation feature, my dictionary lost most of its entries
(reverted to an older version of the dictionary?) Technical support at our
facility is unable to locate a dictionary file on my C: drive and I am hoping
to find a way to backup or store a duplicate of my speech recognition
dictionary before I try to reconstruct it.
