How do I find my Office Outlook Web Access password and user name

Don't know if I'm in the right disc. group, but.. I'm trying to access email
from a university website. I get a message stating, basically, that the
website is unsafe. I check the statement that says to display it anyway. Then
I get a box that asks for my Office Outlook Web Access ID and password. I
don't know!!! I can't find the right Help location to give me that info.
Anyone know how to get that info? I've been locked out of my email for weeks.

Sorry, no this isnt the right newsgroup. This newsgroup deals with security
in Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.

That having been said, it sounds as though the website is looking for your
e-mail user id and password. I'd suggest contacting the university.
