How Do I Find My Old E-Mails and Address Books?

I recently loaded Microsoft Office XP, primarily to get
Excel and Access. I naively said "yes" to a question as
to whether I wanted to change the Outlook Express I had
been using to Outlook. While I eventually did get my old
e-mail and (three sets of my) contacts from my default
mail accounts (I had a total of three), I cannot find any
of my messages or contacts from my other two accounts.

I want to figure out how to:
* get the messages and contacts from my two accounts, and
* to keep the three accounts separate.

In Microsoft Express, there was a tab under File
called "Switch Identity," which allowed me to switch from
one to either of the other two. I have not found that on
Outlook. I have listed one of my other accounts, and it
is now downloading mail, but putting it into my other
account. One account is personal and one is business,
and I don't want them mixed.

Any clues? E-mail either directly (preferably) or on the
Newsgroups. Thanks.
