How do I find new company I set up won't open

I opened a new company, entered all my banking data since April and now the
program can't find it & says the info was moved due to upgrade or integration
and to use Data Tools. I have absolutely no idea what this means or where my
files are. Can anybody walk me through this nightmare?

Try posting to microsoft.public.sba.general
as I assume your are using small business accounting
