How do I find out the Late Tasks

I'm trying to find the best way to show late tasks in MSP 2002.

The Late/Slipping filter is not showwing what I want. I basically want to
be able to find out any task that should have been finished today and is not
at 100%. I can do it with filters but I can't figure out how to get this
info into MS Excel without the summary tasks.

So if you can help me set this up as a report I can run in MSP and then be
able to save it to MS Excel without it including the summary tasks. I'd be
eternally grateful.

Well I've worked out how to do this and I'm very proud of myself, even if I
