How Do I Find Outlook Hotfix 228512

I am getting a popup when installing microsoft CRM that says I require the
Microsoft Outlook 2000 Post-SP3 Hotfix 228512 which is available at
www.microsoft.com/downloads.

I cannot find it at this site. I have installed Office SP3, I have used the
check for updates link at office.microsoft.com and have had no luck in
finding this hotfix.

I have used the whole site search as well as individual product search to no
avail.

Any suggestions on finding this>
