How do I find "Required downloads"

Office 2000 quit responding while trying to copy/paste from the Internet to a
blank document. I was also printing a document at the same time (don't know
if this has anything to do with it) I clicked on "End Program" and got a
message "do you want to report this" I clicked yes. Another box came up
suggesting I download "Required updates" I can't figure out what are
Required and what are not.

Try running Office Update
