How do I find SKU119 CAB

I tried to download an update but it told me that it could not find SKU119
cab. I don't think that I have got this. If so, how do I get it. I am new to
Computers so please don't fill me with technical jargon

Are you trying to update Office 2003? Was it pre-installed on your
computer? Do you have the original installation CD?

yes, i have office student and teacher edition 2003 and have the installation
cd. I can only assume that i may not be able to get sku119 cab with this
edition. Susan I also have a problem with the memory stick. it keeps telling
that windows has dectected anerror and has blocked it. I have down loaded the
file and then had sp2 installed but nothing. I can see the the file but I am
not sure has to how to get it to work. The file is not in the unzip mode.

Hi, Murphy,

I think sku119.cab is a Publisher file. Do you have a CD for Microsoft
Publisher (such as 2002)? Try inserting that CD when prompted.
