How do i find the correct labels to import csv database into Outlo

I have been trying to set up a CSV file that contains all my outlook
addresses and all my contacts from my Nokia 6230i. The CSV file is now
created with all my contacts in order and their details listed, my problem is:

When i re-imported the CSV into Outlook2003 it does not display the email
addresses. Some contacts have 3 email addresses and there are 3 email address
otions in the CSV file along with the display as field as well. At present
all of the email addresses (e-mail, e-mail 2 or e-mail 3 are not showing up
in outlook or in my Nokia 6230i address book. All other numbers and addresses
are fine! the only place where there is an email address showing up is in
outlook in the individuals contacts window, in the details tab under
departments (that is email - the first address is there but not the display
as). Somehow i have managed to get the email fields wrong and so i am hoping
if i can get it in the correct field in the csv and outlook it will display
it in nokia6230i address book as well!

Can anyone help me? Cant get through to Nokia or Microsoft on telephone. Any
help would be really appreciated.
