How do I find the file MSRTEDIT.DLL to install my Access ?

I have Access in my MS Office folder . it was installed when I got this
computer. I cannot install it because it says missing MSRTEDIT.DLL file

I see msrtedit.dll on my Office XP Developer installation. It is also present
in Access2000. I cannot tell whether it's part of "Developer Edition" or
lesser editions. Not sure which version of Office or Access you refer to.

It's not sufficient to "obtain Office by it coming with your PC". If it was a
new PC, or in any case, it should be supplied with the proper Office CD's. The
CD's (and associated guff) are required in order to be licensed to use it (is
my understanding).

(I have no idea what msrtedit is for, even from the file version info)
