How do I fit / scale snapshot file to fit a Powerpoint slide ?

I want to link a Powerpoint slide to an Access report. I can link the file,
but it doesn't display / scale properly in the slide. I am using a snapshot
file type for the link type so I can automatically refresh the link just by
opening the Powerpoint file.
