How do I fix an ODBC Data source Error 1919 & ODBC Error 6?

Frustrated by Errors

I keep getting these errors when I open Outlook and Word. It shows error 6
for excel, access, etc. I have repaired, reinstalled and everything to try
to fix these errors. What can I do to fix? Thank you!
