How do I fix Frontpage-corrupted sharepoint links?

I created a custom template in frontpage 2003 for my wss sites and that seems
to destroy certain links within my lists and libraries. For example...

If I click on "upload" withing my document library I get redirected to
http://projects.lloydresearch.com/s...sprint/Document%20Library/Forms/AllItems.aspx
If I remove al lthe garbage off the end in the address bar I get the real
address which loads fine
http://projects.lloydresearch.com/scc/sprint/Document Library/Forms/Upload.aspx

Also if I click "edit properties" in my image library I go to
http://projects.lloydresearch.com/s...ms.aspx&RootFolder=/scc/sprint/Contact Images
Once again, if I remove the garbage off the end of the link in the address
bar I can get to
http://projects.lloydresearch.com/scc/sprint/Contact Images/Forms/EditForm.aspx?ID=1

I'm using WSS on a SBS 2003 sp1 premium server.
Anyone know how to get the real links back?
