How do I fix: Microsoft access cannot start because there is no l.

I bought office 97 prof edition (used-accordingly uninstalled from seller's
computer) from ebay and then installed in my sony computer. Problem arose
when I tried to click on "Access" it did not run except I got this message:
"access cannot start because there is no license for it on this machine". How
I solve this issue so I can expand my knowledge of Access? The rests excel,
word etc have no issues though.

It's a bug in Office 97 that you should be able to work around with the information here:
