Hello,
I am having difficulties with Outlook 2000. I have been trying to create a
Reminder Service at my company for birthdays. Everything was going fine,
until after about 600 or so names had been entered, I opened the application
and it gave me this error message: "Cannot start the reminder service. Unable
to show reminders. Reminder folders could not be found." And once I enter a
new birthday anyways it gives me this message: "Unable to save free/busy
information. Unable to open free/busy information. Errors have been detected
in the file C:/WINDOWS/outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications and
use the Inbox Repair Tool." First off, I cannot find the Inbox Repair Tool
for the life of me. Also, the reminders are obviously no longer popping up. I
am wondering if there is a way to fix this or if I am going to have to
re-enter everything. Is there a way to cut/copy/paste everything? Is part of
the problem the fact that I have entered too many names into one "profile"?
Thank you for any help you can offer,
Gary
