Hi, Jason. Close all open applications. Click on Start | Run. In the Open
box, type:
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll
If you installed Windows to a folder other than the default one, you'll have
to change the "c:\windows\system32" part to point to where your ole32.dll
file is actually located. Does that fix it?
