how do I fix the printer printing a report page

After every printing request Microsoft Word will print a "report page"
telling me about 11 things from when the document was last saved to the
number of characters. I don't know what I did to set this default print
command-any help would be much appreciated

In Tools > Options > Print, uncheck "Document properties".
