How do i fix this msg error "can't load speech recongnition files"

Every time when open the microsoft project 2003.The error popup windows will
be rised on the screen like this

"Microsft Project can't load Speech Recognition files.
This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it now?"

Poperly, I don't want install this feature.How do i fix this popup windows?

Hi Wichit,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Not sure, but it is a feature of the Office suite. You could try repairing
or reinstalling Office in a custom mode where you can select or reject
features.
