How do I flip text

Version: 2008 Hi there,
How do I flip text so that I can print on "Iron On Transfer paper"?
I managed to flip some word art text, but I'm trying to flip just regular text. Is there a way to do this so that it reads backwards?

There is no way to mirror regular text in Word. For what you are attempting
you need graphics software designed for the purpose.
