Evidently, I am not explaining this correctly. There are over 500 folders
and over 2000 files and subfolders. The files are not exact duplicates.
File name may be the same for similare i.e. Accouts Receivable Step Guide,
Account Receivable Directions, etc. And there are old files written 5-6
years ago and rewritten 2 years ago. then you have files written for
Training (AR training files). I don't know? they have not had any policies.
My manager had some files she used but always spent 10-15 minutes trying to
locate them so she made a new folder and copied the files, so she could find
them. Am I making my self clear... maybe as mud.
