How do I format a cell in Gantt chart?

I want to put an equation into the % completed cells in my Gantt chart. I
tried this using the insert-field selection and it seemed to work for that
one cell, but I want to replicate it in the other cells without going into
them individually. I'm conceptualizing this like a cut-and-paste in Excel.

Similarly, in the tutorial there is information about how to hard-wire
changes into shapes, but it does not show you how do do it. Help!

if the gantt chart is already created you might consider attempting to put
your change into the master shape that is in the document stencil, this will
copy into the shapes that are in the drawing. For shapes that you drag in
the future you might consider copying the stencil to create your own, and
then make the changes in your custom stencil.
