How do I format guestlog.htm page results?

Can anyone tell me how to redesign the wizard created guestlog.htm page using
the normal Frontpage design tools? I don't like the format that the wizard
created, yet when I open the guestlog.htm page in design view, it comes up
basically blank. Thanks! --Mike
