How do I format this cell

Hello and thanks for your input,

I would like to have a cell formatted with a box that when the user clicks
inside of it, the box becomes populated with a check mark or an X (either
will suffice)

Also, I can not figure out how to add a drop down arrow (selector?) that
allows the user to select from a predefined list of answers...such as

Does Ken know Excel as well as he should? Yes
No
Not
even close
Give
him a break - excel is really hard ! ! !

Ii just found info from way back on 9/6 about Data Validation with drop
downs..........still looking for the first solution though....
