How do I frame enable my IE 6, SP1 browser?

You have to create the site within Frontpage using Frames (there is a "Frames"
menu) and the help facility can provide you with the basics as well.

There is an internet site that I am trying to get to and I can't. It gives
me the message that I need to frame enable my browser.
