How do i freeze a chart area in excel?

I have charts (3 on a page) and the the outline on the charts print fine but
the "y" axis's get jumbled up. I can fix one, and then others are affected.

In what manner are the axes jumbled? What do you do to fix one of them? How
are the others affected?
