How do I freeze rows or columns in Excel 2003 ?

How do I freeze rows or columns in Microsoft Excel so that I can scroll down
the page without moving the heading? I want the heading to stay in place.

Well, this isn't an Excel NG, but what you want is Window | Freeze Panes.
Place the insertion point in the cell below and to the right of the
row/column you want to remain visible.
