How do I generate U sizes in a Visio Stencil?

I have created a stencil, and would like it to show how many units the object
takes up in a server rack. There are some setncils (suck as a keyboard
drawer) that already do this, showing "1U" on the left side of the stencil
once it's glued into the rack. How can I do this on newly created stencils?

you might want to check the shapesheet in one of the shapes that work, I
believe it is a user cell.
