How do I get a BLANK 2col. newsletter template?

Do I have to download the template and delete all the content or is there a
way to get a blank template in the format I want? Tnx. Using Office Student.
Never did newsletter before.

Why not delete the content If you like the layout, that would be easier than
starting with a blank page. Using Publisher would be your best solution, of
course.
