how do I get a calendar in my personal folder

I have been unable to Sync my calendar with my Palm. I read that the
calendar needs to be in the "top level folder within Personal Folders" then I
noticed that the calendar doesn't even appear in my "Persoal Folders". How
could that have happened and how do I get calendar in my Personal Folders"?

Your sync tool will sync with the Calendar folder that's in the same folder
hierarchy as Outlook Today and the default Inbox.

I have been unable to sync my calender, everyting else sync's (tasks, memos,
contacts) I don't know what changed but at some point my Palm no longer
sync'd with the calender in my search for an answer this was the only thing I
could come up with. HotSync settings are correct: correct "profile" and
Personal folders\calender as the "source folder". I don't know what else it
could be. I've struggled with this problem for over a month and keep coming
up empty . Can you think of anything I might consider?
