How do i get a excel from by optionbutton

Hi,
I'd some advice,i 'm confusing that, i have a lot of data on excel now and i
need to customize it and send via outlook, how can i design a form which can
get all data via outlook. Thank you in advance.

Since you can send Excel data via Outlook simply by attaching the worksheet to a mail message, I think you'll need to go into more detail about what you want to accomplish and why you think a form (Outlook form?) would be a good solution.
