How do I get a file that's not on the (SKU13.CAB) - install asks .

I need to update Outlook 2003 to add the new spam filter patch. I downloaded
office2003-kb890854-fullfile-ENU but when I tried to install, it asked for a
file that it can't find on my Office2003 CD (SKU13.CAB). I get the same
problem when trying to install SP-1 for Office2003. How do I fix this
problem?
