Previously, when new items arrived and rules automatically moved them to
subfolders within my PST, the folders would automatically expand in the
folder tree on the left sidebar. Ever since getting a new computer, I receive
new e-mails and they are automatically moved to the correct subfolder, but
the tree does not expand to show me the subfolder in bold (denoting new
messages). Instead, I see only my "top-level" folders and cannot tell that a
new message is in a subfolder until I manually expand the folder.
Is there a setting that I need to change to make this happen again?
I am currently using Outlook 2003 (11.8206.8221) SP3.
