How do I get a global view of all projects in Project 2003

I have downloaded the 60 day trial version of Project 2003. I am entering
individual projects with their related tasks. How do I see all of my
projects on a "global calendar" or report. Do I need to have Project Web
Access? Does that come with the trial version of Project 2003 or do I need
to get something else?

Not exactly sure what you are asking, but if you open a blank project
file, then menu: insert/project each of the individual projects, this
will include these subprojects into a master project file so that you
can see them all. Then run reports, views, etc. on that master file.

Hi Mark,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Try using a master file as I explained in my series on Microsoft Project in
the TechTrax ezine, particularly #17 & 18, at this site:
http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:
http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMFrame.asp?CMD=ArticleSearch&AUTH=23
(Perhaps you'd care to rate the article before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
