How do I get a hyperlink and shape screen tip on same shape?

I want to have a hyperlink and a screen tip located on the same shape. I
want the screen tip to describe the report that the hperlink displays when
the hyperlink is opened. I have placed a screen tip on the shape with the
appropriate information, but when I add the hyperlink the screen tip seems to
disappear and does not display when the cursor is moved over the screen.

Is there any way to have both attached to the shape?
