How do I get a image in a Mailing Label?

I would like to put an image in my return address label but i cannot put one in without screwing up the formating.

Yes you can, but you have to apply Text Wrapping of some sort rather than
leaving the image in its default state of In Line with Text. Select the
graphic then use one of the Wrapping options in the Formatting Palette. Any
of them should "work" but try different ones to see which works *best*.
