How do I get a person to be an accepted rcpthost?

Below is the error I received. How do I fix this?

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: TRUSS CALCS
Sent: 3/20/2006 9:52 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'Tony Booker' on 3/20/2006 9:52 AM
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts
(#5.7.1)

Fix it by properly authenticating you your outgoing server. Look on the
"Outgoing Server" tab of your account properties pages.

I am getting the same exact error message and did what I think you
recommended and still get it with certain email addresses. I went to email
accounts and under the outgoing server tab I checked the box for STMP server
requires authentication that was not checked before and then checked the box
below it "use same settings as for incoming server". Note that I have
operated for years before and just started getting this error .

Thanks for any more advice that you can give.

That should have corrected the problem, but perhaps your ISP has other
requirements. Contact the ISP whose SMTP you are using for the solution.
