How do I get a PPoint Certificate template to centre on the page?

I've downloaded a template from MS Office XP of a Certificate of Achievement.
It's in PowerPoint, but when I try to print it off, I can't get the frame
and therefore the whole certificate to centre on the A4 page I'm using. Any
suggestions?
