How do I get a scrollbar in a textfield

Is it possible to make a scrollbar in a textfield in publisher 2003. If the
answer is Yes, than my question is: How? If the answer is No, than can you
tell me if there is an alternative to show lots of text with use of an
scrollbar.

scrollbar.

Publisher is primarily designed for creating documents to be read on a
printed page. Obviously scroll bars do not work on the printed page, and
so are not a feature of Publisher's text boxes.

On a web page, more text is entered by creating a longer text box and a
longer web page, and allowing the user to scroll using the scroll bars
in their browsers.
