You don't mention what version of Word this is or what paper size you're
using, but assuming Word 2002/2003 and Letter paper:
1. Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels.
2. On the Labels tab, click Options.
3. From the "Avery standard" list, choose 3263 - Post Card (for four
landscape cards) or 5845 Note card (for four portrait cards).
4. Click OK, then New Document. This will give you a sheet of cards. They
are set up as a table, so make sure you have table gridlines displayed
(Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the card boundaries.
