How do I get Acquire Text menu option in Word?

I have installed Textbridge Pro 11 after having to reformat my hard disk. I
used to get Acquire Text option in Word. Now I don't. What do I have to do to
get it work work as before?

Presumably this function was made available from the add-in that Textbridge
installs. Is that add-in present and working?
